Founded in 1977, the Technical University of Crete is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the suburban setting of the small city of Chania (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Crete. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports of Greece, Technical University of Crete (TUC) is a medium-sized (uniRank enrollment range: 6,000-6,999 students) coeducational Greek higher education institution.
