Established in 2015, the Augustine University is a for-profit private higher education institution located in the suburban setting of the small city of Ilara (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Lagos. Officially recognized by the National Universities Commission of Nigeria, Augustine University (AUI) is a very small-sized (uniRank enrollment range: under-250 students) coeducational Nigerian higher education institution formally affiliated with the Christian-Catholic religion.
