Established in 1991, the National Institute of Education is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the metropolis of Phnom Penh (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Cambodia, National Institute of Education (NIE) is a coeducational Cambodian higher education institution. National Institute of Education (NIE) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study.
