Founded in 1941, the North University of China is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the suburban setting of the metropolis of Taiyuan (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Shanxi. Officially recognized by the Department of Education of the Shanxi Province, North University of China (NUC) is a very large-sized (uniRank enrollment range: 30,000-34,999 students) coeducational Chinese higher education institution.
