The countries with agreements include Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Dominican Republic, Germany, Hungary, India, Mexico, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Spain, United States, Uruguay, and Ukraine.

Generally, students do not need to pay academic fees to partner institutions during the Academic Mobility Program, except for English courses and some academic trips. However, they are responsible for covering expenses related to air tickets, travel, accommodation, food, international insurance, visa, and other possible costs.

To encourage participation in academic mobility, the university offers grants for outstanding undergraduate students or those with economic limitations. These grants may cover accommodation, food expenses, international tickets, and international medical insurance in some exceptional cases. The schemes are based on the principle of reciprocity, ensuring that international students coming to UDCA also receive similar aid.

Since 2019, UDCA has included virtual mobility in HEIs in the Americas through certain agreements and affiliations.

For faculty staff, UDCA participates in mobility programs that allow academic staff to engage in teaching or research internships, both outgoing and incoming. The institutional Teacher Development Program also offers the option of participating in such activities through collaboration agreements with other institutions and organizations.
