Established in 1928, the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso) is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large city of Valparaíso (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), Valparaiso. This institution also has branch campuses in Viña del Mar, Quillota and Quintero.
