Founded in 1481, the Università degli Studi di Genova (University of Genoa) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large city of Genova (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), Liguria. This institution also has branch campuses in Savona, Imperia and La Spezia.
