Established in 1998, the Association of National Universities of Taiwan (ANUT) is a non-profit organization that represents Taiwan's nine national universities. Its goal is to promote academic and research cooperation among its member universities, as well as to enhance the quality of education and research at the national level. The ANUT works to foster collaboration between universities in Taiwan and international institutions and to promote the exchange of faculty and students between member universities and other universities around the world. The ANUT also advocates for policies that benefit national universities and provides support to its members in areas such as research funding, international cooperation and academic exchanges.
