Founded in 1996, the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Kaluga Region is a government ministry responsible for the development and implementation of education and culture policies in the Kaluga Region of Russia. Its main tasks include improving the quality of education, promoting the development of science and innovation, ensuring equal access to education, preserving and promoting cultural heritage and supporting creative industries. The ministry also oversees the work of educational institutions and cultural organizations in the region.
