Founded in 1996, the Ministry of Science and Technology is the government ministry responsible for education policy and implementation in Myanmar.
The Ministry oversees the education system in Myanmar, including primary, secondary and tertiary education, as well as technical and vocational education and training. Its primary goal is to ensure that all citizens have access to quality education and training that prepares them for success in the modern world.
