Established in 2000, Grupo Tordesillas (Tordesillas Group) is a network of universities with the aim of promoting academic collaboration and cultural exchange among its member institutions. The group comprises 55 universities from Spain, Portugal and Latin America, including Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru.
The main objectives of the Tordesillas Group are to facilitate the mobility of students, faculty and researchers among its member universities, to promote joint research projects and to share academic resources and best practices. The group also organizes conferences, seminars and workshops on various topics related to higher education and research.
Through its activities, Grupo Tordesillas seeks to enhance the quality of higher education in its member countries, foster international cooperation and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to global challenges.
