Akkreditierungsagentur für Studiengänge der Ingenieurwissenschaften, der Informatik, der Naturwissenschaften und der Mathematik (ASIIN) or Accreditation Agency for Study Programs in Engineering, Informatics, Natural Sciences and Mathematics, is an independent and non-profit accreditation agency based in Germany. It is responsible for the evaluation and accreditation of higher education programs in engineering, computer science, natural sciences and mathematics. The agency was founded in 2002 and has since then been recognized by many German states and other countries for its quality assurance and accreditation services. Its main goal is to ensure the quality of higher education programs by promoting international standards and best practices in teaching and research.
