Christian Higher Education Canada (CHEC) is a national association of Christian universities and colleges in Canada. Its mission is to advance the vision and voice of Christian higher education in Canada by promoting collaboration and cooperation among member institutions, advocating for public policy that supports Christian higher education and providing professional development opportunities for faculty and staff.
CHEC was founded in 2005 and currently has 33 member institutions representing a range of denominations and academic programs. The organization offers a variety of programs and services to its members, including an annual conference, professional development workshops and resources on topics such as governance, student affairs and faith integration in the curriculum.
