Conference of European Schools for Advanced Engineering Education and Research

The Conference of European Schools for Advanced Engineering Education and Research (CESAER) is a non-profit association of leading European universities of science and technology. Founded in 1990, CESAER's mission is to promote excellence in higher education and research in engineering and science and to contribute to the development of European society.

CESAER's membership currently comprises 52 institutions from 26 European countries, including universities, technical universities and institutes of technology. The organization serves as a platform for collaboration and knowledge sharing among its members and provides a forum for dialogue with policymakers and other stakeholders in the European higher education and research sector.

CESAER's activities focus on a wide range of issues related to engineering education and research, including curriculum development, quality assurance and accreditation, research policy and funding, innovation and entrepreneurship and internationalization. The organization also provides support and advice to its members on issues such as institutional governance, management and strategic planning.
