The Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) is a regulatory authority in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was established in 2006 to improve the quality of education and training in Dubai and to oversee educational institutions in the Emirate. The KHDA is responsible for regulating and licensing all educational institutions in Dubai, including public and private schools, colleges, universities and training institutes.
